Returns
You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if the product is found to be defective or damaged. To be eligible for a defect or damaged item return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging if returning due to defect or damage.
Refunds
For refunds based upon Ideal Shave not extending the life of your razor we will need some information to process the refund. We will need to know when you started using the product, how long you used the product, how long the razor lasted (number of shaves), and how long the previous razor lasted (number of shaves) without using the Ideal Shave. The Ideal Shave will have to be returned so we can look for issues or defects that may have prevented the product from functioning properly. The product does not have to be returned in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Ideal Shave ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ideal Shave is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Ideal Shave is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
